BOOKING INFORMATION

GET YOUR TICKETS

Participants must make their reservation at least two hours before the scheduled time. It’s a good idea to have everyone in your group purchase their tickets quickly. Alternatively, you can have one person make a reservation for the entire group. Buy Tickets Here.

NUMBER OF PLAYERS PER GAME

Minimum of 3 players for any game to run; maximum of 8 players. If you have more than 8 players, you may book consecutive times for additional players.

PAYMENT METHOD

We only accept online credit card payments, due at the time of reservation booking. The cost is $25 per person. A processing fee will be included at checkout. All bookings must be done online.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. This time will be for rule introduction, best practices, and waiver signing.

WAIVERS

Waivers must be signed before entering any game and are available at our facility. Participants can review the waiver here. Waivers must be signed onsite before entering game room.

ENTIRE EXPERIENCE TIMEFRAME

Intro to the Rules and Best Practices of the Game (10 Minutes), Work Together to Escape the Room (60 Minutes), Debriefing and Team Picture (10-15 Minutes).

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

No refunds are allowed; you may reschedule your booking up to 3 times. Rescheduling is allowed up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. After 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time has passed, it will be considered a cancellation and no rescheduling will be allowed.
